It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vada Lamoine Messenger (Republic, Missouri), born in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Thomas and Eva Marie Robinson (Wakeland); her husband Harry Verlin Messenger; and her sister Virginia Robbins. She is survived by: her children, Steven Ray, Janet Anita Messenger, Jeffrey Lynn, Wanda Fay Messenger, Linda Kay, Donald Roy Richardson, Terry Lee, Gary Phillip Erwin, Cheryl Ann and Edward Victor Brown; her brother-in-law Kenneth Messenger; her wife Shirley Messenger; and her sisters-in-law, Wauneta Messenger and Betty Messenger. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
