He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Massengill and Symanthia "Joann" Dalton (Hartin); his son Clifton Don Massengill; and his stepson Robert Mapes. He is survived by: his wife Tina Alley of Republic, MO; his children, Shawn Massengill of Iowa City, TX, Kyle Massengill of Republic, MO, Tracy Massengill of Carthage, MO and Lisa Dziennik of Anderson, MO; and his siblings, Dennis (Candy Massengill), Don (Sheila Massengill) and Sherryl Soutee of Republic, MO. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
