She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ray, Evlyn Higgins, Henry and Leota Nixon. She is survived by: her parents, Carrol Wayne Higgins (Sharon Higgins) and Nancy Dee Randall (Nixon); her stepdaughter Natasha Olds (Kenneth); and her siblings, Christy True (Sean) and Gary Higgins (Annette). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
