He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Barker and Jerline Barker (Bullard); his sister JoAnn Hood; and his mother-in-law Virgie Parrack (Russell). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Barker (Parrack) of Republic, MO; his daughter Blenda Moore; his grandson Andres of Mt. Vernon, MO; his son Brent (Sarah); his grandchildren, Hannah and Katelynn of Billings, MO; his children, Amy of Monett, MO and Aaron (Laura); his grandchildren, William and Anna Joy of Barnhart, MO.; and his brothers, Roger (Jan) of Republic, Keith (Kay) of Mt. Vernon, Brian of Mt. Vernon and Dean of Mt. Vernon.
