With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Mayes of Republic, Missouri, born in Ellis, Kansas, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mayes and Lorine Mayes (Mowry); and his sister Carol Westhusin. He is survived by: his children, Rex Mayes, Richard Mayes and Robyn Krehmeyer (Nathan); his grandchildren, Kelli, Hailey, Katlyn, Kortney and Amber; and his siblings, Kenny Mayes, Earl Mayes, Kathy Williams, Linda Mayes, Diane Magers, Debra Horner, Shirley Wagner and Betty Wallace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
