It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Regina Vernell Maness (Republic, Missouri), who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Dale Sifferman and Nellie Sifferman (Biellier); her husband Donald S. Maness; her son Harold Don Maness; her grandson Keith Andrew Maness; and her siblings, Dale Sifferman, Hildred Watson and Norreva Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn (Jim Ferguson) and Vernell (Jerry Ward); her daughter-in-law Sandy Maness; her grandsons, Scott Maness, Paul (Lacey Maness), David (Julie Ferguson), John (Lisa Ferguson) and Jeremy (Laurie Ward); her stepgranddaughter Shelly (Jerry McInturff); her great grandchildren, Madison Ferguson, MacKenzie Ferguson and Addison Ward; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chaston, Trey, Rourke, Adalaine, Haley, Morgan, Gracie and Jasmine; her brothers, Wayne (Eileen Sifferman) and Norris Sifferman; and her sister-in-law Rosemary (Alan Comisky). She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
Thank you to the staff and caregivers at The Fremont over this past year, especially while dealing with the COVID restrictions for the last seven months.
