He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Chaney and Dola Chaney (Sweringen); his sons, Ronnie and Darryl; and his grandson J. J. Willman.
He is survived by: his son Danny; his wife Jayne Curtis; his children, Dan Chaney (Sandy), Eddie Chaney (Shelley), Terry Chaney (Lodessa), Eydie Wallander (Kelly) and Renee Chaney (Derek Gillis); and his sister Sue Fare. He is also survived by many grand children, great grand and great great grandchildren as well as other extended family and countless friends.
