She is survived by: her husband Ronnie "Joe" Forbis of Republic; her son Steve (Leslie); her granddaughters, Kelsey (Justin Prewitt) and Karsen Forbis; her great grandchild Baylor Prewitt; her siblings, Linda Thorne and Chuck Johnson (Pat); and her sister-in-law Becky Forbis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
