He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Patricia Moore (Buchanan); and his brother Kenny Harter. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Hayley and Mikayla; his wife Dawn Redfearn; his children, Cody Moore, Hayley Moore (Ethan Mooneyham) and Mikayla Moore; his granddaughter Parker Mae Mooneyham; his sister Sandy Shue (Tracy); and his siblings-in-law, Floyd and Gussie Redfearn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law and other extended family and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship fund has been set up in Mike's name at Billings Schools System.
