She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leo Kubisiak and Sophia Kubisiak; and also, Marie Brooks and Evelyn Pettinger. She is survived by: her husband Mike of Republic; her parents, John Koltz of Wisconsin Rapids and Shirley Koltz of Wisconsin Rapids; her father-in-law Bruce Brooks of Bolivar; and her children, Cassidy, Tabitha, Elisha and Preston.
