He is survived by: his wife Dawn Michelle Stewart; his children, Honesty Lapierre (Joshua) of Tunas, Scarlett Allen of Republic, Tracy Gosnell of Wichita, Kansas, Anna Martinez of Wichita, Kansas, Dustin Allen of Springfield, Missouri and Bradley Allen (Melanie) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Simon, Patrick Lapierre, Miranda Gosnell, Zoe and Zayne Allen; and his siblings, Linda Beeson of Springfield, Kathy Helms of Osceola, Missouri, Johnny Allen (Karen) of Miller and Jerry Allen (Terry) of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
