He is survived by: his wife Jodi; his children, Lexi Birlew, Jake Smith, Case Birlew and Delaney Smith; his grandchildren, Lincoln Essick and Breckon Smith; his sister Tammy Watkins (Daron); his nieces and nephews, Riley Watkins (Kaylee) and Reese Watkins; his grandmother Flora Smith; and also Marsha Smith. He is also survived by other extended family and countless friends.
