It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Jayne Chaney of Republic, Missouri, born in Galena, Missouri, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnel Curtis and Minerva Curtis (Bloomer); her stepmother Jewell Curtis; her husband Noah Chaney; her sons, Ronnie and Daryl; her grandson J. J. Willman; and her siblings, Marna Marie Curtis, Paul Edward Curtis, Freddie Medford Curtis, Janet Bicklein, Bertha Dean Branstetter and Katherine Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Chaney (Sandy), Eddie Chaney (Shelley), Terry Chaney (Lodessa), Eydie Wallander (Kelly) and Renee Chaney (Derek Gillis); her grandchildren, Monte, Bric, Jenifer, Julie, Nathan, Paul, Mike, Dean, Angela, Michelle, Brian, Autumn, Kris and Tabrys; and her sisters, Loretta Corrine Williams (Dewey) and Patricia June Johnson (Eugene). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and three great- great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
