He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk Efton Burk and Bonnie Mae Burk (Murray). He is survived by: his wife Eva Opal Johnson; his children, Eddie (Marian) of Marionville, Bruce (Brenda) of Hurley and Janie Terrell (Mike) of Hermitage; and his sisters, Judy Lee of Republic and Sally Reavis of Crane. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren, along with numerous family, friends.
