He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Trogdon and Ethel Trogdon (Matthews); his wife Patsy Woodfill Trogdon; his siblings, Dan Trogdon, Virginia Lauderback and Sue Steele; and his son Joe Wayne Trogdon.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie McMurtrey (Alan), Terry Mooneyham and Jerry Trogdon (Shirl); and his grandchildren, Kara Mooneyham, Sara Mooneyham Connell, Andrew McMurtrey, Tim Wilkins, Samantha Trogdon Dyson, Danielle Trogdon and Michelle Trogdon.
