He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Patrick and Bertha Patrick (Baker); his wife Sharon Kaye Patrick; his daughter Debra Kent; his grandson Grant Patrick; and his sisters, Janice Mertz, Loretta Patrick and Betty Stultz.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Medlin, Tammy Hughey (Dennis) and Ronnie Patrick (Audrey Jo); and his siblings, J. C. Patrick (Donna), Judy Patrick, Carol Baldez (Ray), Connie Cummins and Nancy Newlon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
