He was predeceased by: his father Donald S. Maness; his son Keith Andrew Maness; and his brother-in-law Larry Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Regina Maness (Sifferman); his wife Sandy Fowler; his sons, Scott and Paul Maness (Lacey); his sisters, Marilyn Ferguson (Jim) and Vernell Ward (Jerry); his sisters-in-law, Linda Crawford (Jack) and Brenda Adams (Bill); his aunt Rosemary Comisky (Alan); and his uncle Norris Sifferman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and four step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children (4400 Clayton Ave, St. Louis, MO), or the Hood United Methodist Church (139 N Walnut Ave, Republic, MO).
