We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2025, at the age of 71, Gilbert Martin Marsh of Republic, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy (Long); his parents, Putman Marsh and Agnes Marsh (Allen); his brothers, Teddy and Tommy Marsh; and his grandson Alexander Cole Miles.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Green (Robert), Alice Hamilton (Anthony), Gregory Marsh (Jamie) and Marty Marsh (Josie); his siblings, David Marsh (Randi), Christine Brooher and Nadine Freeman; and his cousin Leroy Marsh (Nancie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meadors Funeral Home - Republic Chapel (314 N Main Ave, Republic, MO 65738). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
