She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Herrel and Faye Herrel (Decocq); and her sister Barbara Moonen. She is survived by: her husband Bob Arndt; her daughters, Pam Cline (Brian) and Brenda Rackers (Chris); her grandchildren, Daniel Cline (Bree) and Leah Rackers; and her brother Bill Herrel.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meadors Funeral Home - Republic Chapel (314 N Main Ave, Republic, MO 65738). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Smart Cemetery (212 Cranbrook Ln, Billings, MO 65610).
