He is survived by: his children, Kristen (Chris Fischer), Jared (Brooke Decker) and Ryan (Kaitlyn Decker); his wife Aronda Decker; and his parents, Ryan and Kaitlyn.

We have been asked for attendees to please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma society, in Dennis' memory.
