He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrelson and Altha May Harrelson (Mears); his daughter Denice Miliotti; and his siblings, Lucille Jones and Glen Harrelson.
He is survived by: his wife Cleeta Smith Baxter; his children, Debbie Hicks, Dennis Harrelson (Aurora) and Darren Harrelson (Laura); his stepchildren, Loren Baxter and Loree Boyer; and his sister Charlene Lenox (Jimmy). He is also survived by great grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to First Baptist Church in Republic.
