He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac "Ben" Borovicka and Reba Borovicka (Hild). He is survived by: his son Joe Borovicka; his daughter-in-law Amanda Jones of Springfield; and his siblings, Sherry Blackwell (David) of Republic and Bruce Borovicka (Karen) of Texas.
