She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Vada Phillips (Blankenship); her husband Clyde A. Eubanks; and her children, John and Lynn Rea.
She is survived by: her son Thomas "Tom" (Arlene Eubanks); her daughter-in-law Kathy Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Stacy Eubanks, Lisa (Gerry Magana), Carrie (Ben Cain), Gari (Terry Aiken) and Gabe Davis. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
