He was predeceased by: his parents, Willoughby Randolph and Julia Ida Cummins (Ward); his wife Harriet Cummins (Deming); and his brothers, Julian Randolph, Billy Jean Cummins and Robert Ward Cummins.
He is survived by: his son James Randall Cummins (Eve); his grandsons, James Cole Cummins of Lawrence, KS, Bryson Mack Cummins of Lawrence, KS and Payton Deming Cummins of Lawrence, KS; his daughter Jennifer Ann Scheid (Elijah); his grandsons, Christopher Corey Frey, Kamynn Alexander Cummins and Devon Clay Konye; and his sister-in-law Donna Deming of Florida. He is also survived by three nephews and numerous nieces and nephews.
