He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Jerry" Stewart; his sister Georgiana Gatten; and his stepfather George Gatten. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Stewart (Manning) of Springfield, MO; his brothers, Phillip Gatten (Sharon) of Rogersville, MO and Craig Gatten of Springfield, MO; and his uncles, Gary Lee Henslee of Springfield, MO and Dan Manning of Ukiah, CA. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
