She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Haynes and Evelyn Haynes (Puckett); and her brother Richard Lee Simkins. She is survived by: her husband Roy Downen of Reeds Spring, MO; her daughter Michelle Kelley (Allen) of Windfield, KS; her stepdaughter Tammy Downen of Andover, KS; her sister Joane Preciado (Chano) of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Shelby, Garrett, Colton, Jacob, Kayliana and Kasyn; and her pet J. J.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; her buddy.
