He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mack Lewallen and Mary Margaret Lewallen (Kritlow) of Reeds Spring, MO; and his brother Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Laura Allison Lewallen (Hembree); his children, Jarret Lewallen and Rejeana Cross (Lewallen); his siblings, Raymond, Rickie, Connie, Brenda, Randall and Laurel; and his grandchildren, Collin, Mackenzy, Alexis, Isabella, Garret and Jarryn.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Tri-Lakes Humane Society.
