She was predeceased by: her father Thomas C. Carroll; her husband Charles Evans; her grandparents, Charles, Retta Carroll (Taylor), Earney and Grace Black (Cearlock); her children, Anthony Evans, Infant Evans, Bobbie Evans and Stephanie Evans; and her grandson Infant Forbes.
She is survived by: her mother Donna E. Carroll (Black) of Vandalia, IL; her daughters, Amanda "Mandy" Evans (Sarah) of Reeds Spring, MO, Michelle Donoho (Wes) of Salem, IL and Sharleen Hendricks of Water Vliet, MI; her siblings, Charlie Carroll of Ramsey, IL and Brenda Davis (Dean) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Vanessa Simpson, Kassandra Wojciechowski, Shantelle Rice, Brandon Evans, Erica Evans, Destiny Strand, Taylor Nance, Jordyn Forbes, Hailey Evans, Hudsen Evans, Shane Forbes, Hailynne Evans, Hesten Evans and Marlee Donoho; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn and Eleanor Simpson.
