He was predeceased by: his father James Leslie Puckett; and his sister Brenda Whitecotton. He is survived by: his wife Donna Puckett (Fries); his son Christopher Puckett (Allison); his grandchildren, Christopher Quinn and Jameson Cash Puckett; his daughter Erin Snyder (Don); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kristen, Katelynn, Kendall, Kaylee, Don Snyder IV and Katherin Snyder; his mother Sylvia Whitecotton; and his brothers, James Puckett, Steve Puckett and William 'Doyle Whitecotton.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Talking Rocks Road Baptist Church Bible Ministry.
