He is survived by: his wife Mary Battles; his siblings, Keith Battles (Ann), Gaila Varney (Pete) and Reijeana Baker (Doug); his children, Khris Shultz (Debbie), Jason Adams, Jeremy Adams, Keri Irvin (Robbie), Amie Seaman (Michael) and Boomer; his grandchildren, Adriana (Cody), Kyla, Rylee (Isaac), Kaleb, Kolby, Garrison, Coralinn, Luna, Emma, Maddison and Dannika; and his great grandchildren, Valerie and Maggie.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to any charity that supports veterans and current service members struggling with mental illness.
