She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Siefker and Nettie Siefker; and her siblings, Gene, Buck, Leroy, Don and Betty.

She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Donita Bivins (Paul), Debra Predmore (Kenny) and Dennis Faubion; her grandchildren, Dena Faubion, Kayla Bivins, Kara Vorwald, Cody Bivins, Cassie Baker and Chrissie Lewis; her great grandchildren, Oliver Vorwald, Tiffany Vorwald and Julia Grace Baker; and her sister Reatha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
