He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Eby and Easter Eby (Donahue); his wife Patsy Sue Eby; and his siblings, Gene Eby, Bill Eby, Una Eby, Inez Eby and Suzy Holt.
He is survived by: his son Garry A. Eby of Galena, MO; his sisters, Pat Eby of Galena, MO and Mary Eby of Republic, MO; and his grandchildren, Sydney Eby, Tristan Eby and Sarah Eby.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given the day of the service.
