He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Horner and Verna Horner (Ledley). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Horner of Reeds Spring, MO; his children, Alex Horner (Ariel) of Branson, MO and Christine Reeley (Chris) of Gettysburg, PA; his brother Gary Horner; and his grandchildren, Carter, Griffin, Kairi, Austin and Jace.
