She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Matulka and Beatrice Matulka (McGillicuddy); and her husband Michael Schwartz. She is survived by: her daughters, Michaela Schwartz of Reeds Spring, MO, Cynthia Pennington (David) of Nahuntia, GA and Cam Schwartz Evans McIntyre (Alan) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
