He was predeceased by: his daughter Phyllicia Courtney; and his siblings, Richard Carlock and Shirley Carlock. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne of Kirbyville; his children, Jonathan Carlock of Reeds Spring, Veronica Schroder (Ken) of Hollister, Dawniel Stewart (Greg) of La Jolla, CA and Tiesa Potts (Derrick) of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, William "Hank" Carlock (Diann) of Branson and Cynthia Boggs of Kirbyville. He is also survived by one grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
