He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heavelow and Goldie Heavelow (Scobee); and his brother Larry Heavelow. He is survived by: his wife Janet Heavelow (Ivy); his daughters, Wendy (John Greathouse) and Tammy Heavelow; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Matthew, Madelynn and Taylor (Kely). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; numerous nieces and nephews.
