He is survived by: his parents, Jason Leonard and Angela Callaway (Curfman); his siblings, Tristan, Hunter Callaway, Cody, Bradley Watson, Aaleigha, Layla Callaway, Alysia and Emma Watson; and his grandparents, Janice, Sammy Callaway, Lyle and Robin Curfman.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jackson Jeffrey Callaway Memorial Fund.
