He is survived by: his mother Marian Kay Blades (Jenkins); his children, Daniel, Callie and Mary; his grandchildren, Gavin, Jake, Kaydence and Rex; his girlfriend Gina; his siblings, Becky, Sandy, Jeff, Steve and David; and his close friend Gina.
