He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rev. Walter Sr., Marva Mason, Robert, Muriel Hays, Warner Bigley and Jean Bridgman; his brother James "Bo" Belt; and his uncle Robert Hays.
He is survived by: his grandfather Moses Harris; his parents, Stanley Epps (Nataki) and Barbara Jefferson (Stanley); his stepfather James Belt (Jessica Pennington); his siblings, Timothy Hays, Isaiah Belt, James Jefferson, Tonya Belt and Stephanie Smith; and his children, Micah Hays, Layla Ven, Termiz Hays Jr., Bill Phillips, Treyvon Hays, Jamison Hogan, A'Myrah Hays, Trenton Hays, Elijah Pennington and Julius Pennington. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
