She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Shook, Sr. and Janet M. Shook. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Striplin, Shelley Edie and Casey Panuco (Bobby Williams); her grandchildren, Alyssa Striplin, Miranda Edie, Cody Edie and Moriah Panuco; her great grandchildren, Izzy, Wesley, Damien and Quincy; and her siblings, George W. Shook, Jr., Ronald Shook, Juanita Smith and Susan Bane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
