She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Matthies and Rosemary Matthies; her brothers, Greg and John Matthies; and her brother-in-law Kirk Haner.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mariann Haner and Robert Matthies (Patty); and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Boutte and Diana Matthies. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
