It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth V. (Shields) Pannell of Raytown, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Garry L. Pannell (Perky); her grandparents, Charles and Margaret Gieringer; her mother Rosemary M. Schultz; and her brothers, Randy and Donnie Schultz.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry (Jody) and Tim Pannell (Shannan); her grandchildren, Paige, Jacob, Taylor and Lane Pannell; and her siblings, Rosanne Smith (Nic), David Schultz (Brenda) and Ronnie Schultz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 5613 S Noland Rd, Kansas City, MO 64133.
