She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse W. Vincent and Rosy Vincent (Hurley); her husband Joseph Zugaj; her daughter Nancy Carter; and her brother Floyd Vincent.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Zugaj (Sharon). She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Rosalie's honor to Little Sisters of the Poor in Raytown.
