He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Payne and Wilma Heisner of Sweet Springs, MO.. He is survived by: his wife Lee Anna; his sister Nancy Weaver of Greenwood, SC; his children, Tim Payne (Georgia) of Mesa, AZ, Tod Payne (Cora) of Largo, FL and Terri Cauthren (Glenn) of Lake Lure, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Maurice, Verna of Texas, Bonnie of Texas and Christine of Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew.
