With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Capito (Raytown, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her brothers, Seymour and Richard; her son Michael Capito; her daughter-in-law Gay; her grandchildren, Alex, Aaron and Caroline; and also, Bessie Katz Miller and Shirley Katz. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alvin Capito Fund at the Jewish Community Center of Kansas City or the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.
