He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ford and Helen Lacy; and his stepfather Leslie Lacy. He is survived by: his children, Christina Faris (William) of Independence, MO, Michael Ford of Independence, MO and Ruthanne Bell (John) of Gardner, KS; his grandchildren, Spencer Faris, Kyle Faris, Justin Bell and Wilson Bell; his brother David Ford (Mary); and his stepmother Sally Ford. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
