She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Charles Hotmer and Jessie Mae Long (Anderson); her stepfathers, Estel Roy McFarland and Thomas E. Long; her daughter Constance Marie "Connie" Diffee (Daiprai); her husband Charles Daniel Rigg; and her sister Rosemary Kirkham (Hotmer).
She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Eugene Daiprai, Jr. (Nancy Colleen) of Independence, Eric Benjamin Rigg (Donna Gay) of Independence and Marc Leslie Rigg (Lisa Renee) of Raytown; her son-in-law John Earl Diffee of Independence; and her sister Jeanette Marie Meyers (Hotmer) of Salina. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
