He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Collins; and his sisters, Kelly and Shawn. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Stefancik; his siblings, Susan Hale, Robin Sandt (Jim), Karen Williamson, Joe Collins and Mary Collins; and his children, Danny Smith, Christen Smith and Cassidy Collins.
