He was predeceased by: his stepfather Larry MacDonald; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Josie Jones-Yerk; his children, Charles (Amber Jones), Harley Jones, Eric Joe Yerk, Matt Agnew and Angel Yerk; his granddaughter Eden Blu Jones; his brothers, Larrry Yerk and Delbert MacDonald; and his sister-in-law Margo Bustamante-Yerk. He is also survived by One grandson, six granddaughters, and three step-grandsons.
