She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd William and Thelma Irene Slaughter (Hall). She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Lisa) of Columbia, Missouri, Rachel Pieczonka (Ken) and Jill McMillin of O'Fallon, IL; and her sisters, Janet Sheets (Michael) of Mt. Vernon, IL and Ellen McIntosh (Jim) of Garland, TX.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
